Treaty of Versailles

Is the Treaty of Versailles fair or unfair to Germany?
It is unfair, because although Germany started the war, the Allies continued to draw it out, they never had a big deciding battle, just lots of little ones over a long period of time. Also, the entire Treaty is just unfair apart from some parts. "Germany surrenders all her rights and titles overseas."- This is extremely unfair, Germany did not even use her overseas titles in the war, why should they be taken from her. " Germany will pay for all damages done to the civilian population
and property of the Allied Governments. [The figure was later set at
$33 billion]" This isone of the only fair parts to the Treaty. Since they caused the damage, they should have to pay for it, if not only with money, then with other resources. All in all, Germany should not have started the war, but the Treaty is still a little bit unfair to Germany, and I think that some of the people who wrote the treaty, just wanted revenge on Germany, which is unfair, but understandable.
